Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of hbtair.com. Product transactions are also governed by the specific quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract and other written documents agreed for that order.

1. Website Information

Website content is provided for general business and product evaluation. We work to keep information accurate, but specifications, accessories, images, packaging, availability and production arrangements may change. Final details must be confirmed in written order documents and approved samples.

2. Quotations and Orders

A website inquiry does not create a binding order. A quotation is valid only for the period and conditions stated in that quotation. An order becomes binding only after specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery terms and other material conditions are accepted in writing.

3. Samples and Product Approval

Sample costs, courier charges and sample timing are confirmed separately. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, artwork, labels, manuals, packaging and specifications before mass production.

4. OEM & ODM

Customization depends on model, technical feasibility, minimum order quantity, artwork quality and production requirements. Buyers must have the right to use any trademarks, logos, designs, certifications or content they provide.

5. Payment, Delivery and Risk

Payment method, deposit, balance, Incoterms, shipping method, lead time, transfer of risk and document requirements are stated in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract. Estimated dates may change due to approval delays, material availability, carrier schedules, customs, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

6. Inspection and Claims

Inspection scope and acceptance standards should be agreed before production or shipment. Buyers should inspect goods and shipping documents promptly after receipt and provide written evidence of any claim within the period stated in the order documents.

7. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, layout and HBT AIR branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to WhatsApp, social networks, hosting, shipping or other third-party services. Their availability, security and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HBT AIR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Conflicts and Changes

If these website terms conflict with a signed sales contract or accepted order document, the transaction-specific document controls for that order. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
